Q1. What is the promotion and what are the eligible models included in the promotion?

To be eligible for the 60 day satisfaction guarantee the Beko appliance must be REGISTERED within 14 days of purchase.

The Beko appliance must be trialled for a minimum of 30 days from date of purchase. If after this 30 day period you are not satisfied with your product you can claim for a refund by completing the promotion claim.

You have 60 days from date of purchase to make your claim.

What are the eligible models included in this promotion?

This promotion applies only to retail purchases of A-grade Beko appliances (strictly no trade-seconds).

Q3. How long does the promotion run for?

The promotion is for purchases made between 1st May until 31st August 2019.

Q4. How can I claim my rebate?

To claim your Beko Product go to CLAIM NOW Page and submit your details online.

You must submit your claim by 5pm AEST 1st November 2019 .

We also require your proof of purchase to be scanned or photo uploaded at the time of processing 

your claim online.
